As with any Neighbours cast member, you can write to Pippa Black via FremantleMedia using the address below.
Pippa has had two different fan cards during her
time on Neighbours. The first sees her in an orange and white striped top set against a white background. It was issued around the time of Pippa's arrival in Ramsay Street in 2005. The second sees Pippa in a pink and orange dress against a dark orange background (and is accompanied by an updated Ten and Neighbours logo. This card was first issued in 2008.
The general recommendations for contacting any Neighbours cast member is to create a clear and concise message and state prominently that you would like a fan card.
There are no grantees that a response will be given. Response times tend to vary, though the high work load of each cast member means it can take weeks for the return letter to arrive.
Fan cards may also not be signed (though in many cases you tend to stand a better chance of receiving a autographed fan card by writing to a single cast member).
Costs to send mail to Australian for international fans will vary (in the UK for example it's likely to be in the region of 54p or more to send a small letter).
